REMINDER - School Vandalism forms and team Code of Conduct forms are due by midnight on Friday, Jan. 24, 2020. Please email a scan, pdf, or cell phone picture of each form to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your school name and form type(s) in the subject line of the email (i.e., "Brooklyn Tech Code of Conduct and Vandalism Forms")
Online signups begin at 4:00 PM on Wednesday, Jan. 15, 2020 and end at 11:45 PM on Friday, Jan. 31, 2020. Link information, user names, and team passwords have been mailed out to all head coaches as of 7 AM, 1/13/2020. We are using the ESUS online signup system at https://esus.socalscioly.org/login.php?tid=195
Students must bring clipboards for any event that is scheduled in the auditorium.
Portions of some events will be machine scored - students must bring #2 pencils to those events.
For "all teams meet" events occurring in multiple rooms, students should report to the first room listed on the schedule. Supervisors will fill that room first and direct students to the next room when it is at capacity.
Three events have impounds - Gravity Vehicle, Machines, & Protein Modeling. Any student from the team may impound a device. Devices for these events that are not impounded during the impound period are subject to penalties as described in the event rules.
